The entry appeared in the Your Uninstaller listing and I was able to get rid of it.
Wonder where it was hiding because a search in the registry had failed to find it plus the normal windows search.

Subject: [CHAD] Add/Remove Win XP IE7
I never seem to get the simple ones, so once again HELP
I have uninstalled Sun Java via Add/Remove
However one entry has been left Java(TM) 6 Update.
I followed instruction to go into the registry where the Uninstall is but
could find no entry for it.
Can anyone advise on how to remove the entry as it has no Remove button.
Thanks
John
